Glo Reduces Volume of Data Plans: N1000 for 2GB, N2000 for 4.5GB
January 30, 2018
I don’t know why Glo isn’t stable with the volume of their data plans, around last year it was reduced and increased and again this year it has been reduced by 50%
which isn’t cool in any way. Is this a marketing strategy to lure more customers to the network? Well, it very obvious.
Yesterday, I got the update from a friend which was really shocking because I was planning to subscribe to the N5000 plan which initially gave me whooping 30GB but now that has reduced by 50% thus I halted and didn’t bother to subscribe #lol.
Although many people have revealed that they were still offered the same volume after subscribing despite the change in their data plans. But of course, I don’t like to believe all of that because definitely, the volume of data plans will still be affected. But I pray it doesn’t affect customers using the Auto-renew service as always.
1. N1000 – 2GB
2. N2000 – 4.5GB
3. N2,500 – 7.2GB
4. N2000 – 8.7GB
5. N4000 – 12.5GB
6. N5000 – 15.6GB

The smaller bundles were not exempted, they were slashed by 50%. For now, you can carry out alternatives such as the Airtel BB Bundle which N1000 gives you 3GB.
It just so sad because there was no data plan better than Glo data plans
, they made us enjoy our money without regrets.
